Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fahadhosen.com (the “Site”) or engaging Fahad Hosen (“we”, “us”, or “Consultant”) for SEO consulting services (the “Services”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage the Services.

2. Services

Consultant provides independent SEO consulting, including but not limited to search strategy, technical SEO, content guidance, AI search optimization, and training. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate written Statement of Work (“SOW”) or proposal, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are stated in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Client is responsible for all applicable taxes other than those based on Consultant’s net income.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to websites, analytics, search consoles, content management systems, and personnel reasonably required to perform the Services, and to review and respond to Consultant communications within a reasonable period.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to full payment, Consultant assigns to Client all rights in custom deliverables created specifically for Client under the applicable SOW. Consultant retains all rights to its pre-existing materials, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and may continue to use these in future engagements.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing or receiving the Services. This obligation survives termination for a period of three (3) years.

7. No Guarantee of Results

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside Consultant’s control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and Client implementation. Consultant does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, citations in AI search engines, or revenue outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consultant’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to Consultant in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Consultant be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes

Consultant may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
